For owner-led RIAs, 1 to 20 staff

Redtail, eMoney, Schwab, Smarsh.
Your staff is what connects them.

We rebuild one repeated handoff at a time, inside the systems you already pay for.

  • Redtail
  • eMoney
  • Schwab
  • DocuSign
  • Smarsh

Where the hours go

Nine systems.
One person retyping between them.

None of it is hard. All of it repeats, and the repetition is what you end up hiring against.

  • The same answer, keyed four times

A confirmed beneficiary goes into Redtail, then eMoney, then Schwab Advisor Center, then the Smarsh archive. Four chances to mistype it.

Captured once, released to all four after your reviewer approves.

  • NIGO, five days later

Schwab sends the account package back because owner two's beneficiary designation is blank. Nobody sees it until the custodian says so.

Required fields are checked against your firm's list before the package leaves.

  • The carrier portal will not connect

iPipeline, FireLight and most annuity carrier sites give you a website and nothing else. So somebody keys the whole application in by hand.

The software signs in and fills the form the way your assistant does — under your firm's own login rules, with nothing shared or stored.

What we do

Software that does the typing

30Days from the first call to software doing the job beside your team

It is not a replacement for anyone

Six jobs we take off the desk

Where two systems can already talk to each other, we let them. Where they cannot — most custodian and carrier sites — the software opens the page, signs in and fills the form, the same way a person on your team would.

New account paperwork

The same answers get typed into Redtail, then eMoney, then Schwab, then the archive. A missing beneficiary turns up a week later when the custodian sends it back.

Takes the answers once, checks them against your own required list, fills the forms and holds the package together.

StopsNothing goes to the custodian until someone at the firm approves it.

Answering the phone

Calls interrupt whoever is nearest. A voicemail just means another round of phone tag.

Picks up, says plainly that it is not a person, finds out what the caller needs, books the time or takes the message, and writes it up.

StopsAnything about advice, performance or a trade goes straight through to a person.

Client requests

A request lands in somebody's inbox. Work starts, then nobody else can tell what stage it is at without asking.

Recognizes the request, lists what is needed to finish it, puts a name against it and shows the next step.

StopsAnything unusual, sensitive or time-critical goes to a person with everything gathered so far attached.

Portals and paperwork

Most carrier and custodian sites give you a website and nothing else, so somebody keys the whole thing in again.

Reads the document and fills the site the way your assistant would, signed in under your firm's own login rules.

StopsIf a field does not match your records it holds and names the field, rather than submitting something wrong.

Drafting from your own files

Public tools have never seen your investment policy, your fee schedule, or the things your firm is not allowed to say.

Drafts from your approved documents only, shows where each fact came from, and marks anything it cannot support.

StopsNothing reaches a client until a licensed adviser has read it.

Getting systems to talk

Two systems both hold the same household and somebody keeps them in step by hand.

Moves the agreed information one way, on an agreed trigger, and keeps a record of what moved.

StopsA duplicate or a rejected transfer is held with a reason and an owner. It is never retried quietly.

The 30-day pilot

One job. Fixed scope, fixed price.

1

We watch you do it

Someone on your team does the job once while we watch — the clicks, the retyping, the second login. In Redtail and Schwab Advisor Center, exactly as it runs today.

2

We agree what it may touch

Some systems have a proper connection. The rest it works the way your staff does, in a session your firm authorizes — no shared logins, nothing stored. You set the point where a person still has to approve.

3

It runs next to you

The software does the job and stops where you told it to. Your team keeps working the old way alongside for a week, we compare the two, and you get a written result — including the honest answer if it did not work.

Who builds this

Family owned,
and close to the work

The founder writes the software himself. The person who sits with your team and watches the job is the same person who automates it.

Selected experience

  • ClinicSource

Ran the engineering team for a therapy practice-management product. Cleared a two-year backlog in six months and made the billing path roughly three times faster.

  • Darwin Automotive

Built on the finance-and-insurance platform car dealers use at the end of a sale. J.D. Power acquired it later.

  • First Trust Mortgage

Cut loan turnaround by about a quarter, and turned compliance requirements into steps a regulator could follow.

  • Grubbrr

Shipped AI features inside a live product used by Fortune 500 customers, where reliability came down to how well it talked to everything around it.
